"Amazing people and and awesome place. My whole experience was an excellent one. I went in to sell my laptop and knew my equipment to know its worth. Negotiations were in good faith and fair. I was able to negotiate a decent price with trade to get my son a bike this Christmas, but that is what made the experience stand out. This shop is a place built on values and family and that was obvious from the beginning to the end of my experience. I always felt valued and welcomed and each employee and the owner all genuinely were invested in their work and their interactions. It was easy to feel like I was in a general store and not a pawn shop. I would have hung out longer if I had the timet that day, and I likely will in the future. If that was not enough the store has a strong online presence that includes a secured app that you can pick up while at the store that really places it ahead of the curve. I will definitely be using it in the future, and my only complaint is that it gives me reason to keep a distance so I will have to make a reason to go in instead. There are some places you have to go to do business and places you get to go to business. This was the latter."
