"This place is super unprofessional!!!!!! I arrive there and there is no one to greet you and the wait is extremely long. There are more that 10 employees just walking around and being rude. There is a line of only 4 customers and it has been one hour wait. I had to ask another client to see how to get in line and after 50 minutes ask Kurt an employee at this branch a question and he literally ignored me and kept going. This person should be fire. The disrespect it’s extreme in this branch!!!!! And the negligence it’s at its best!!!! When I arrive there was a lady at the clerk and after 40 minutes she just gave up and left because these people couldn’t help her. No one has a whole day to be just waiting at branch all day!!!! The minimum they can do it’s to let people know that this will be a 4 hours wait. I really hope corporate will see this and make changes."
