When we walked in, Frank Jr asked what we were looking for, and I knew I wanted a ring, with very specific gold requirements and possibly diamonds. Frank walked us through every single ring he had that I might like, we spent around an hour going through ring after ring, he went above and beyond, not only to find me the ring I wanted but even better. At about the hour and a half mark he found a ring that was in the wrong section but had not only the gold weight I wanted, but a delicate band of baguette diamonds to accent the hue of the gold band. He personally tested each of the diamonds out just to assure us peace of mind. We found the perfect ring and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the ring."
