"I had a technical problem with my Bulgari watch, I went to see Bulgari for a repair quote, and I went to see Robin In The Grove to compare the quotes. Robin In The Grove's service was much cheaper, and I preferred their professionalism, and I like to rely on their years of experience with watches from major brands. Unfortunately, I have no confidence in the expertise of employees of major brand houses in Miami, as their employees have no training and no « savoir faire ». I don't blame them, it's just Miami that is still young in terms of professionalism. I much prefer local family businesses. Next time I won’t bother going elsewhere!"
