"Horrible customer service! Buy some beads and elastic string make your own. It will mean more to the recipient. My seven and eight-year-old sons used their allowance to purchase a Christmas gift with their own cash for the first time. They were so proud and happy to do this for their grandmother. They deliberated for a long time to make the perfect choice. Two months later, their grandmother gives me the bracelet in the secret and says she hasn’t worn it because it’s too tight she is swelling in her old age. I don’t remember details of the transaction or where receipts went from two months ago. I’m thinking it’s a simple exchange for size and easy customer courtesy. Especially after explaining the situation. It took phone calls and going around in circles being explained the policy more than 10 times for them to do a simple exchange. I’ve been in retail for 28 years this is not how you treat people especially when you’re trying to grow your business in a market that is not friendly and to be honest your product is not is hard to make."
