They notified me when everything was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was greeted. They brought out my items and made sure everything was in order. They took care of them very well and the process was quick and easy. I recommend this location to everyone for their jewelry and watch needs."

"Everyone in the store was super helpful. Geoffrey first day helped me and my lady find the perfect piece for her! He helped me find the best discounts and placed the item on hold. When I came in to pick it up I was immediately taken care of. And when I told them I brought more $ for more jewelry they helped me find a perfect pairing piece for a great rate. "Gave them an old tag heuer dive watch to service. Took a while and called me saying it was ready but when I got there he said he actually needs to keep it longer (He said all seals were good at this time). Another while later they called again saying it was ready. I picked it up and when I went to unscrew the crown it wouldn’t screw back down. I gave it back and they fixed it again after a while. Finally I got it back. The screw down felt odd but at this point I didn’t care anymore. Now he said the seals were bad and I shouldn’t wet it (I feel like a dive watch service should check/replace seals). Regardless I was frustrated and just took it back because I didn’t want them doing anything else with it. When I got home I looked close and saw paint chipped off the dial that hadn't been there before. This was probably about 10 months ago. Fast forward to now the date wheel is stuck between two dates and I’m not sure if it’s been doing this since I got it back or not but when I turn the crown, it slightly moves the whole dial. Beyond pissed about the whole thing. Basically paid them $120 to have mess up my watch over 9 months. Gonna have to find somebody that knows what they’re doing."
