"I've been taking my expensive Omega watch to Maurice's jewelers for a long time for battery changes (yearly), Price was never consistent; it changed every time. Last time for battery change, jeweler said watch would not accept new battery, needing a complete overhaul. I took watch directly to Omega, and was told the battery's used by Maurice's were substandard battery's that leaked causing damage, requiring a major $500.00+ overhaul...Very disappointed, I overestimated Maurice's...Expensive lesson learned."
