"I was looking for something very special for my 13y anniversary. It was very specific: two rose gold bands with diamonds, infinity style on a nonstandard sizes. Also, I needed them in less than three weeks. After looking for weeks at different jewelry stores I was offered the perfect solution by Zee, the manager at Zales at The Falls mall. She told me about customs orders which was a perfect solution. She ordered them for me just the way I wanted. She did the extra mile contacting the factory to expedite the order while also was in constant contact with me. The rings came beautiful and two days prior the deadline. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Zales at The Falls, the staff is very friendly and knows their business very well."
