I also sat for almost 20 minutes on hold until someone finally came and answered the phone. Ridiculous! The sad part is the people who are on the recording sound very friendly and pleasant."

"I searched for a Ft Myers florist online in order to try to place an order for a special friend from a local florist reviewed well by others. I received a email & picture of the delivered item, and though the recipient seemed well pleased I was a bit disappointed. The bouquet included all the described and pictured flowers, and looked fresh, but contained much less euonymus and did not appear to be as nicely arranged as the picture on the florist's website. I placed an online order but perhaps calling and placing a personal order would be preferable to assure the outcome in the future."
