"Poor quality, bad service and ruined my engagement. 3 times we had my ring made and remade, first was bent and had sharp prongs and was told that emerald prongs cannot be smooth (not true), second was a horrible bezel setting that destroyed the ring, the 3rd time was set sideways. Never again. Photos: the original ring, the bezel setting and the final sideways setting."
