"WORST SERVICE EVER ❗️ they threatened to repo my car because of insurance i got full coverage insurance and they told me they couldn’t accept any type of insurance it had to be something from their list. i never missed a payment I even paid it for 3 months and advance so my payments is all caught up. they laughed and said they didn’t care i asked to speak to the manager multiple times even asked to come inside and i was told the manager wasn’t available and they don’t have a building they even attempted to text me off of a regular cell phone saying there will be consequences if i don’t get the insurance they want me with. DONT RECOMMEND ……"

"Seriously the worst company to deal with. Going through a hardship and temporary unemployment due to covid, and even after sending evidence that both me and my wife tested positive, they can’t do a one month extension. It’s either you pay or you get repossession on your vehicle. And it would be cool if this was like a standard across all companies, but it’s not. Most companies have no issues with the extension especially in support of the covid 19 epidemic. I will never buy a car with them again even if it was my only option. I don’t recommend anyone using there services. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible."

"This place is FRAUDULENT they repossessed a car because it had “no insurance “ LOL come to find out when my insurance company called them to tell them we ARE insured they had no answers and looked confused and hung up the phone. They signed a letter of guarantee to my insurance after my insurance paid them over $6,000 in exchange for the car title for an accident and tried to say they made a mistake on accepting the payment. I don’t even think these people are real!"
