I had been referred by someone who used them and was very satisfied. When I visited my house without agent on my side, the seller's agent asked me who was my broker. When I mentioned Lauren Maxwell, he said: Awesome, it's a done deal. I don't know what she does, but I've never seen a deal not going through with her.
