"If i could leave a 0 I would. This place guaranteed same day delivery the day I ordered the flower for my wife on December 10 2023. I paid $108 for flower and chocolate. She never received anything. I wake up to emails today December 13 2023 saying flower were delivered. Your guys are a complete scam. I want a full refund to my order. I emailed and called leaving voicemails and it goes straight to a voicemail. My emails get sent back as it’s not a valid email. I will be reporting your license number to BBB. DO not! order from them read all the reviews 1st. This is not the 1st time it happens. Multiple people have had the same issue. I will also reporting you to the cops!"

"I have ordered from this florist a few times over the past 2 years and I must say I was never disappointed. I got a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday and a huge and gorgeous last minute spray for her casket when she passed last June. I recently ordered a bouquet for a neighbor and as usual it was so beautiful she thanked me upon receipt and again the next day saying how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. I too have had issues with other florists not delivering and when I asked the owner for assurance of delivery because of past experiences with other florists, she assured me that because I contacted her directly it would be done and delivered and it was. She explained that some florists had issues with the third party who accumulates and dispatches the orders. So my advice is to follow up with the actual florist to ensure your order was received and in a timely manner for delivery."
