"I certainly want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Hal and Erik who are part of the Service team at Sebring Toyota. There was a noise coming from my brakes after they had been serviced and they both diligently saw to it that the matter was resolved. Although it took three attempts to remedy the problem, it was taken care of. I REALLY APPRECIATE everybody's concern...that includes Dean and the other techs who worked on my car. I now feel that it's very safe to drive my Corolla! Thank you again for ALL of your help! And that includes making sure that I had transportation to and from work, even after the normal courtesy shuttle service had ended for the day. :) Nancy G."

"Was pleased to find out my vehicle was going to be fixed because of a recall I have a 2019 Tacoma brought it in. They gave me a rental through hertz. Everything went great until I got my truck back. They just handed me the keys unlike all the older people they brought their vehicle up to the front service counter for them like VIP then when I finally meander across the parking lot and get in my truck, I have a flat tire with 12 psi of air and a nail in my tire. I asked them to replace the battery in my key fob, while they had my vehicle, that was dead. Also, ask them if they could check a small oil leak while I was in the shop, so I asked him about it and they said we’re gonna have to make another appointment for that. I was like you just had it for three weeks you couldn’t look at it then. Just look at it, not fix it maybe assess the issue. I’m looking at a new 4Runner for my fiancé , but I can tell you I won’t buy it at Sebring Toyota."

Kyle Henler, our sales associate, and Ellery Paynter the sales manager, we're absolutely AMAZING!! Getting into your first brand new car is very scary, but they truly made me feel so comfortable. "We are from Charleston ,had a trip to Sebring, our vehicle's brake went out and It was a Monday. We were in Sebring about to leave and heard our brakes making lots of noise. We had an 8 hour ride a head of us...We had our vehicle towed to the dealership. Randy in service met us out front and had already started evaluating the car. Randy was aware of our situation having a drive 8 hours home. He brought the car in and replaced the brakes and pad and got us up and running...Randy and his team took very very good care of us. Top notch!!!! Thank y'all at the dealership."
