"I ordered flowers last minute from Winter Garden Florist for my significant other. Wow!! What amazing service!!! They delivered on one day notice. They went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered. I was nervous because of all the 1 star reviews, but when I called, Vad reassured me there would be no issues. I was not let down! I will definitely use this company again! P.S the arrangement was beautiful!"

"When speaking to the owner he shows no sign of respect. Places an order and not only did it come a day late, but was sent to the wrong address. When I asked how the problem was handled I was given attitude, and nothing was accomplished"

"Do not buy from this florist at all what so ever. I placed an order at 10:00am to be delivered to a business that same day before 4:00pm. I placed the order over the phone and received a confirmation email shortly after. At around 2:00pm that same day I realized I hadn't received an updates on my order. I call at 2:40pm and the shop was busy and I was directed to the 24 hour answering service. They could not look up my order and could only leave a message with the shop so I did. I called again at 2:50pm and got the answering service again. Called at 3:05pm and still could not reach the shop so I left another message. I call again at 3:15pm and got the service again. I called at 3:45pm, still could not reach the shop and I left another message. Finally I called at 4:20pm now 20 minutes past my scheduled delivery time and STILL could not reach the shop even though they do not close until 5:00pm. I left another message and did not hear anything back. The next day in the afternoon I got a text from the person I bought them for that she received them. I received no call back from the shop, no sign that it was actually going to be delivered, and no confirmation that it was delivered. I call the shop and spoke to "Joanne" and she told me the answering service has been unreliable lately and that if I wanted a refund they would have to come and pick up the flowers. Mind you I also sent two emails to their customer support email and I asked her on the phone why I did not receive a response and she informed me that the email on their website was incorrect. I forwarded all the emails to the correct email and 2 days after my order was placed I still have not gotten any update. Very unprofessional, lack of care for customers, and terrible customer service. Avoid this florist at all costs."
