"Wish I could give this zero stars! I walked in with my credit card and my state ID. Bear in mind I have an account with Chase, but I do not have a debit card. Have banks changed since when I was a little younger? Anyway, walk in and ask to take money out and the guys asks for my debit card. Don’t have one. Oh, well we’re a cashless bank. Is this some sort of oxymoron? I have an account, that account has money in it, and I have identification that tells you who I am… how is it that you cannot look me up in the system? Needless to say, I really don’t understand what they do here, but it sure isn’t banking."

"Worse customer service, I needed help the associate gave me a look like if I’m bothering, I didn’t even finish talking she shakes her head saying they can’t help me, I went to my car and called to the bank customer service number and the associate helped me in seconds, he couldn’t believe they refused to help me in the branch with something so simple."

"Not sure why this branch exists - every time I've gone in to get something done here they haven't been able to help me and have instead informed me that I'll have to make an appointment, often days and up to a week into the future. They also don't take deposits outside of what the ATM takes. Chase didn't get it right with this one - either close this branch or make it a full-service branch that keeps customers happy rather than turning them away."
