"Was interested in obtaining an auto loan so I attempted to apply via the website. Website/application said you have to be a member to apply... no problem... I filled out a membership application. I filled out the application a week ago today, and they said they would get back to be in 1-2 business days. Never heard anything back so I called them. Apparently, the lady that I needed to talk to was in a meeting. No problem. Called again a couple of hours later and was told that she just got out of the meeting and would call me back within the hour. That was 4 and a half hours ago. Don't waste your time. I don't know what kind of operation they are running where only one person can help me but they are clearly not interested in any new business."
