"Was interested in obtaining an auto loan so I attempted to apply via the website. Website/application said you have to be a member to apply... no problem... I filled out a membership application. I filled out the application a week ago today, and they said they would get back to be in 1-2 business days. Never heard anything back so I called them. Apparently, the lady that I needed to talk to was in a meeting. No problem. Called again a couple of hours later and was told that she just got out of the meeting and would call me back within the hour. That was 4 and a half hours ago. Don't waste your time. I don't know what kind of operation they are running where only one person can help me but they are clearly not interested in any new business."

"I have been banking with ECU for a little over 5 years, and I must say, that from the very first day that I opened an account with them, I have had NOTHING but pleasant experiences. Michele, Joanne, and many of the other WONDERFUL ladies that work there are absolutely amazing to deal with. I have had several circumstances where I've needed assistance, and all of these ladies, without hesitation would go above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
