The repair was done promptly, and the pricing was fair. It's refreshing to talk directly to the jeweler instead of sending it elsewhere for the repair job. It's also nice to know that not only does Triton Jewelry provide repair services, but they have an attractive showroom filled with retail jewelry for sale. It's certainly convenient to have a high quality local jeweler in Nokomis."

Although the sign out front says expert jewelry repair, what they don’t tell you is the jeweler doesn’t always want to do the repair needed. I was quoted $250 to fix my bracelet. I worked for a jeweler for many years and I knew that he just didn’t want to do it. I took my bracelet down the street to Creations in Diamonds and Gold and they did a beautiful repair for $35. Completely unethical. Steer clear and drive south."

"I took in 3 rings to be sized and two watches for batteries. I left them all overnight and was told they would be ready the following day. I called, and they were ready and much to my surprise, the rings looked brand new (they range from 5 years to 20 years old). One ring had a design on it and John thought there might be a line left. However, he sized it smaller and it appears he managed to put the design where it was cut because you can't tell! The two watches were polished and also look brand new. Angela greeted me by name when I picked up my items, and as a new customer, that meant a lot to me. The prices were FABULOUS! Between the customer service and the quality of craftmanship, I can promise this will be my go to store."
