"They allowed fraudulent scammers to continue stealing money from my account after blocking my card. Rather than agreeing to do the right thing or offer assistance, they forced me to file a complaint with the attorney general, CFPB, and NCUA. They don’t honor their own policy or follow state and federal regulations. My money isn’t safe with this bank."

"Do not use this bank... they offer a 3rd party insurance company... looks like a great deal, don't do it Franklin Madison group is horrible. I have called and canceled, have proof and they still keep taken money out of account. Fcu dose nothing to help even though this is a company they refer. I would not recommend this bank. A bank should stand behind their clients."

"I received terrible customer service from Florida Credit Union. I provided proof of insurance on the day of purchase and months later find out I’m being charged an additional payment for insurance and had over $1200 added to my loan balance for insurance. I called in and was transferred around and given the run around and told I couldn’t forward the original email for proof that documentation was provided. I was given the number for allied and told to take care of it myself. This company never answers the phone and provides terrible customer service."

"In an era where it is hard to find great, personalized service, my family and I could not be happier with how we are treated by branch manager, Brian Leatherman in DeLand. He has always gone above and beyond. We keep our personal and business checking and accounts and an account for outr teenager at FLCU. We also have an auto loan, a home equity line we used for our pool, and a business line of credit for inventory season. We are able to manage it all on one app and if we ever have an issue, Brian helps us take care of it."

"Within a week of opening acct., I finally gave up trying to contact DeLand FCU to ask 2 questions. I dialed the number as shown on the local {DeLand} site. Ridiculously, my call was filtered via a main office???!!! Wait on-hold 20 minutes!!!. And then I see in the review section that FCU advised a customer to use FACEBOOK, which I, myself, refuse to be part of. Can this DeLand office not afford cross-training their staff to answer calls and then transferring the customer to the appropriate desk ???? Ella Hall"
