"The used to be but after recent change (summer 2022) everything is broken. I have second loan (equity loan) with them. Had it for 6-7 years, never had issues, always paid in time and paid extra. The very first month after switch they miss on drafting money from my checking. I called and asked if information is correct on their end. They verified. I was still ok, since I paid extra all this time. Second month - no draft again. Turns out because I overpaid before, their system decided that I shouldn't get out of loan early and stopped charging me. This was first issue. Second issue they start bother me with Home Insurance proof. In 6-7 years they never asked, now it is couple of times a year. One time 2-3 month ahead of expiration of my current insurance. The last thing, what prompted me to write this review, is they paid for my Home Insurance, although they never did, because my first mortgage takes care of it. The worst problem I can't pay it back since this mortgage doesn't have escrow account. I called and ask to allow me to pay online, they told me to send them a check. After all this issues and screw ups I do not trust them with check, I want a paper trace of all the transactions. Worst Bank experience and I will getting out of it as soon as possible."

He made the transaction quick and easy - very personable, too! It's been quite awhile since I've been to the branch but these two made the trip worth it!"
