"Tray garden I paid right at $100 for looked nothing like what I ordered. First what I got, second what I ordered. Daughter said only partial live . Never again. Sure wish Glene was still doing arrangements. Hope y'all feel good about scamming a senior citizen on a fixed income. Update, five days ago they said they would reach out to me and haven't. Another example of service. Now they have taken the picture of what I ordered off the website and put a picture of what I received. Clever if nothing else. Still haven't contacted me."

"This is the arrangement that I purchased for my best friend's grandfather's memorial service. I asked for sunflowers, red roses and white flowers. I am embarrassed that these are the flowers that I purchased to represent my family. It is not pretty, it isn't nice to look at, makes me sad. It isn't symmetrical . It is droopy. Not full. What was delivered is not what was expected. I paid $130 for this arrangement. I contacted the shop to let them know how disappointed I was, she offered to give me $30 back."
