"My husband purchase this necklace and pendant for me as a Christmas gift last year. I was cleaning it with a microfiber cloth and the rope chain broke. I took it in for a repair. It wasn’t until I picked it up today that the lady asked if Emilio (the person who took my repair order) asked if he explained that you would be able to see the solder marks. I told her no one said anything. I didn’t have time this morning to argue or speak to a manager. They didn’t even attempt to make the repair look seamless to the rope chain. This is shoddy work at best for a $60 repair. They should’ve explained that they weren’t able to match the pattern of the chain. If you saw this would you think you got this at Jared? Probably not. I’m very disappointed in this repair job & lack of communication."

"This is by far, the best Jared location, hands down. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiles, friendly faces & kindness. They absolutely know & remember their customers & are never pushy for sales. Customer service is stellar at the Oviedo location….I’ve been a repeat customer & have had my jewelry cleaned & inspected at other Jared locations as well…but I’ll be returning only to Oviedo from now on…the ladies there treat you like family. ☺️.
