"Went in to ask a question about their purchasing medical equipment. The man behind the counter said NO very briskly (probably because he was making time with 2 girls standing there). When I asked if he knew of any one that would.. He was very rude and said "Im lucky if I know what we do". I suppose if you are the owner.. this is ok. But if not... Your employee needs NOT to be in front of the public making your company look bad. I wont be back... Sad"
"Went to cash America to extend my items lost all of them, because they never updated my phone number and in the notes it said “customer already nows her due date”. 10 yrs of being a customer there never again. I’ll switch to value pawn then."
"Edit: (I bumped up my star rating for this place due to the fact that they seem to have the best prices when you want the pawn something.) The staff is friendly and fairly helpful. If you have to pick up a pawned item beware to not forget the bring cash. They will not accept debit or credit cards for retrieving pawned items. You can use a credit or debit card to pay to purchase an item that is for sale in the store, but I'm not sure who would want to do that given that the prices are about on par with a brand new item that you buy at Walmart. I've reviewed a couple of different Cash Americas in this area and have found them both to be not the best to deal with. I would recommend steering clear of this franchise altogether."
