United Southern Bank

"I'm extremely disappointed that the bank took $300 of my money that did not come out of the ATM. And no one called me today. As I was told a call would be returned today. This is for my business banking account that I'm charged for. I would really appreciate it if someone at the bank sends me an email regarding the three hundred dollars that the atm never gave me yesterday at the Eustis branch. I don't want to speak to anyone over the phone since you had all day to call me and I got a response on Facebook after business hours and still no type of resolution. In fact your small local bank (on Facebook) asked me to send my phone number to them via messenger. In the last month I've had difficulty extracting my cash from a variety of the atms of this bank. And I'm considering moving to another banking institution. My business banking app also doesn't work because I have a Samsung phone since the last update; I was told this morning they are working on it. It's been weeks and weeks so I have to do everything at the branch or in-person. I would not be writing this review if I had not exhausted the other options available to me. The bank was able to facebook at 6pm 2/20/2024 however they had all day business hours to give me a call regarding my money and they did not. This is so disappointing. I have 2 elderly people and my 11 year old and you have 300 dollars of my money... Lol what is going on?!"
