"Terrible customer service. I have bought eight Florida Dancing Birds at this store, one of which is the Pelicans. The Pelican has broken at the head because of the design. The owner Dave Sterns said he has had a few do that. I brought it back and asked for an exchange of a different bird. The owner was very nasty and argumentative that he gets nothing back from the distributed and willl only exchange the bird if it is in good condition. I wouldn’t be bringing it back if it’s in good condition. I told him I would be writing a review. He said good I need a bad review every now and then. Moral that’s why people go to Home Depot and stay away from Mom and Pop stores."
"We love this place… I have purchased a wind, spinning wheel and a beautiful ceramic Mexican pot. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have a wide selection of items I would recommend it even if you’re not buying go look at all their stuff."
