"Went in with my boyfriend TWICE and employees continued to ignore us when we needed help. We were literally in front of the jewelry ready to buy and they would walk right past us and ask “Can I help you?” To people who had just walked into the store. Not sure why they would ignore us but it was extremely rude of them to do that."
"On 19NOV22 during a visit, my fiance and I visited this store to find and purchasea few hundred dollars worth of merchandise. While trying out and looking over pieces of jewelry to my match a ring passed down from my father who passed over a decade ago, an employee at the store proceeded to state "honey, you need a bigger ring". Although unknowingly making an insult to somethingthat was sentimental to myself and my family- she should have been more professional in regards to what she was saying as my fiance was next to me. For all employees, please take I to consideration what you say and who you say it to... especially if they've spent several hundred dollars at your store. ❤️"
"I asked for a gift receipt and was told that one could be provided. The manager was standing there and heard me ask for a gift receipt and waited until after I had purchased to tell me "we don't do gift receipts" Why is that not an option at a jewelry store when there is warranty information that the recipient may need? JordynR was very nice and we appreciate her suggestions and help. Store policy of not providing gift receipt should be revisited considering the type of establishment and where it is located."
