"I went to truist to cash a check that was wrote to me & were turned away & prejudged. I truly think it was because the color or my skin. I am a business owner & pride myself of integrity. I do not recommend anyone of color to bank with them. The teller name was Donna & I don’t recommend this branch to minorities. I even called the company & tries to get this sorted out and they said they can’t cash it."
"Biggest Waste of Time EVER! I tried opening an account and their website was not working and would not let me. Once I finally opened it, there was “problems” with it and I needed to come into the bank only for them to tell me that my accounts were closed and I had to make a new one and the “manager” had to do it. Then the “manager” said I wouldn’t be able to get the promotion they had for opening a new account which was THE ONLY REASON I opened an account with them in the first place! Needless to say I will NEVER give them my business again! A literal joke of a “bank”!!!"
"Suntrust Bank is struggling... They joined forces with BB&T and that will be their last step before they Close their doors for good. I waited for over an hour in their drive through for a withdrawal. They have all of their lobbies currently closed. Probably because they’re just preparing for the ultimate. Save your time and go with another bank"
"I absolutely love this bank. The people are awesome here. every person that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and pleasant. Harry the branch manager has been a key person in all of my banking he is great! I opened a bank account, got my mortgage, and car loan here. I am currently opening another account for family members. Great staff! Thank you for everything!"
