"10/11/23 Update. Branch manager Shannon is incompetent and does not meet with you she directs you to an assistant. Refuses to provide cash back to business clients that have banked with regions for over 20 years. See previous review for further show of their incompetence. Mismanaged branch location. Spent 20 minutes in drive through waiting with only one car ahead of me. They have only one lady working the drive through. No way to treat your staff nor operate a bank."

"I can Believe those these people have ruined my Christmas. I ate deposited $400 into their ATM and it robbed me and that they will not give me my money back until 10 business days have passed. Completely robbing somebody to eat the smart way I'm a single mom this is ruined my Christmas I am completely in tears.. The business manager that is running this player is absolutely completely rude and does not know the correct information she really needs to reevaluate her job. You do not treat people this way she told me it's only been 2 business days and laughed at me I called up customer service and they told me it's been 5 business days she doesn't even know how to do math and she's a business manager for a bank Jesus we all need help"
