"My experience had always been good service. Today I went to pay my credit card at the Hudson branch. when it arrived all machines were full 1 out of service. I stood for a long time waiting, the young employee didn't even ask me how he could help me. But a boy arrived later and I asked him. I had to use a different machine that is supposedly new. This machine does not give a paper receipt. The person on the other side of the screen tells me that he will send it to the branch so that the employee there can print it for me. The employee asked me for my email to send it because he couldn't do it at the moment. He told me he was going to send it to email, yet several hours later I didn't receive anything. Next time I'm going to the Trinity branch even though it's half an hour away. Terrible service in Hudson."

"Only two employees available to help customers. When I arrived around 4 pm on Thursday afternoon, there was one employee in his cubicle with three individuals, and the only other employee was with another customer. The manager was alone behind a closed door the entire 30 minutes I was at the Hudson GTE center and never once came out of her office to help resolve the backlog of customers. The wait time was the worst ever at this location. By the time my problem was addressed, there were four customers waiting behind me. Very bad experience for what should have taken no more than 10 minutes. I have never been at this location when there were only two people helping customers."
