"I had a very poor experience at this branch. I worked with a banker Lisa. Initially she wasn't compassionate or understanding, but thirty minutes late for our appointment. My mother is a stroke survivor and needs assistance. I understand that Lisa had no control over documents being approved, she was simply the messenger between the legal team and myself. When I became emotional due to the stress of various circumstances, she was very uncomfortable. I stated this is "a game" referring to legal hoops and probate attorneys, not herself. She perceived this as me being rude and unprofessional(which she stated). Her ability to interact with clients was very poor, however the manager was very sweet(Becky). The following day I went to another branch. They were understanding and gave me appropriate options. This has nothing to do with her ability or knowledge with being a banker, simply being abrasive and not understanding."

"At 4:45 I had called to let them know I was on my way that my gps said I’d get there exactly at 5:00. The lady I talked to told me that she would still cash my 800 dollar check when I got there. Well I get there exactly when it turned 5:00 and the door was locked and the lady refused to open it for me. Why lie? I literally pulled up there on fumes. So now I have to go to amscot and waste 80 dollars because that’s what amscot is going to charge me just so I can make it back home. That lady who I had spoken with really could use a heart re-adjustment because there was no need to straight waste my time gas and cause me so much unnecessary stress and anxiety that life already gives me every day. You just added to it. Thanks Wells Fargo teller lady."

"People at the actual branch are all useless. Every week I input multiple checks and atleast one is put on hold for "suspicious activity" the only people being suspicious are Wells Fargo holding money and depositing and withdrawing money without explanation. Most of the checks are Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo !!! No one can ever give you a straight answer always maybe this why it's happening. The FDIC needs to investigate Wells Fargo for the scammers they are. I guarantee they are back in the fraud they once got investigated for! Then they suggest I use Zelle if I need my money instantly now my zelle is also being held!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!"

"Been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. have had my card compromised and Noone came to work at my bank and went done road to be refused help with no management onsite. Will be looking for new bank that cares. Both ladies at this branch should be fired and replace them with someone who actually cares"
