"I took my watch in to the store on the 10th of January for a new band and they did have one in stock so they kept my watch and said it would be 7 to 10 days well now it will not be in and or replaced until January 30th. Not Happy No contact or update at all I have had to call them. Well I went back to get my watch today 1/24/24 and they did not replace it with the same band and then said that I gave them permission to change it for which I did not and they they said they record every phone call which I ask them to play it back and they would not. Because they know I did not give them permission to put a different band on it. And then ask me if I wanted the broken band put back on. Are you for real and then charged me for a very ugly band that is bigger than the watch. Went in today to pick up watch after band replacement which is not the right one and I am not happy at all and would like a refund as I am going to have to go to another jewelry store to get the correct band. And they totally lied to me saying that i gave them permission. I paid $42.80 for this ugly band. Since that bad experience I had with my watch band, They made good on it and fixed my my old band, Thank You very much for making me very happy."

"I took my engagement ring to Brandon to have it re-sized. All went well and the ring was ready quickly. Within 6 weeks, one of the side diamonds fell out. My husband and I took it back to Brandon. The sales associate took my ring to Brandon to look at and she returned less than a minute later, saying it could not be repaired as it was a ‘closed set’. Brandon did not come out of the jeweler’s cubicle to discuss. It would have been nice to know beforehand that a ‘closed set’ should not be stretched lest the diamonds might fall out. Brandon does not stand by his work. I recommend this store to no one. Update: 09Jun2023: Brandon has fixed my ring, resized it again for me, and it is as beautiful as ever. Thank you Brandon for working with us to fix my ring."

"I visited to purchase an upgrade from a small diamond to a larger sapphire. I brought several heirloom rings and diamonds to pay for the upgrade. without disclosing specifics, I got a much larger sapphire than i was expecting. 1.04 carats! could not be more pleased with the transaction. I'll post photos when the work is completed. I have attached pictures. WOW! Such a beautiful ring & I am NOT a hand model!"
