"Extremely disappointed in the work they did on a gold rope chain. Took the chain in to be repaired and they said they could repair it. Returned to pick it up only to find out the solder for the repair had not come in. No call to let us know it was not repaired bad was promised it would be repaired by the next day. Returned to pick up necklace and was presented with what I was told the only way to repair it and it was in it looked horrible. And was told the chain was cheap and threatened to break it if we continued to complain about it. Will never take anything to them again. I have pictures as proof of the out right shirt job that was done"

"Harder to notice from the bypass road, have to give it a double take, but I'm not sure that they are still on the bypass anymore. I haven't heard any horrible things about the place, and I didn't have any problems when I was in the shop. It has been awhile since I was in the shop myself, but when I was in there like I said it wasn't a horrible place, and I think that it's a good establishment. It wasn't an amazing place, but it was a good place to get whatever jewelry needs taken care of."

"I brought my Winchester 1200 to this store for some questions and received honest answers without just taking in my gun to fix for a profit or lies. Very honest establishment and good service. Recently completed 3 FFL transfers ($25 each) which is a good price. When the shipment came in the staff went over the details and showed me the correct way to reassemble one of the firearms which was broke down for shipping. A++ service."
