"Terrible experience with Sebastian the guy is as racist as they come. I came in with my wife and he demanded a social security card/number even though that's not legal ID or law and she had all the legal ID necessary to be added to my account. I was going to leave but I was stopped and Sebastian was corrected by his colleague that I was correct and I said "That's fine as long as Sebastian gets better educated on how to do his job correctly" or something like that and they acted like I disrespected them and wanted me to leave so I cursed them for the racists they are and left. I'm going to see what I can do about a lawsuit because you can't behave that way. It's totally illegal. Know your rights people!"

"Do NOT use the ATM. The ATM shorted me $20. And when I went inside to let the tellers know. They were absolutely no help because I wasn’t a client of theirs even though it was their ATM"

"My paycheck was withheld by the fed govt in a clerical error so they gave me money orders a week later. I took them to the bank to deposit them. Meanwhile having enough to cover them in my account they froze them for 1 week. I get payed every 2 weeks as it is. So I was forced to dip into my savings. I strongly dislike this bank and if there was another close by I'd be gone. On another note, it's 2023 and they don't have mobile deposits either. My last bank had the option for years before I moved."

"The tellers here are exceptional! Remember you and are so helpful with a smile! I’d prefer they always got to dress like “Friday” you see their real personality! It’s a small town bank so why dress corporate? My teller I see every Friday, I needed to withdraw an amount not available with an atm withdrawal, I’d prefer her in jeans not corporate! She is awesome don’t get me wrong, she shines on Friday in jeans!"

"I have just closed all accounts with this bank due to their inability to being able to assist customers. Last weekend after depositing funds I find out their system is down and funds were not available to me all weekend, and in addition to this I was unable to talk with a human only automated services. Today I go in asking for assistance with setting up my online banking and the only assistance I was able to get was telling me to check my email and follow the prompts when I have no cell service in town. Asked for help doing this since I was there and the lady just chuckled about how all she can do is direct me to my emails and I am on my own essentially. I promptly closed my account and still in shock about how little they have to offer their customers for any type of account support. I will not just settle for poor service since I have an account with you. There are many other banks out there and I recommend to keep looking."
