"If I could leave no stars I would! They charge unnecessary overdraft fees for a pending charge. I had a few pending charges, each with their own $28 over draft fee. Doesn't matter to them that there was money in the account when the charge actually cleared. So they took about $100 more in overdraft fees. They gave the lame excuse that because there wasn't money when it was pending....... I will be changing banks as soon as I can, and I have been with them since 2004."

"The worst bank I have ever dealt with. We will be closing our accounts as soon as possible. My husband is deployed and they will not let me make our land loan payment because it is in his name, even though my name is also on the account. Very unhelpful call center and all around bad practices, I would recommend literally any other bank."

"Worst banking institute in the USA! The week of Christmas an unauthorized charge was withdrawn from my account, All In Credit Union did nothing but cancel my debit card. Of course I disputed the charge, but All In wouldn’t hold themselves accountable in ensuring my money is safe in their hands. After going rounds with the company that charged my account I eventually got a refund but unfortunately they couldn’t send it back to the account because my card was canceled and sent a check. I then deposited said check, and All In has put a hold on it for TWO WEEKS. First they allowed someone to FRAUDULENTLY take my money, and now DENYING me access to my money. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANKING INSTITUTION."
