"One star is beyond generous. They showed up a day prior to my scheduled day and went on a neighbors property/in his fenced back yard. They had the wrong phone number and address. They have nice products but don't have them install anything. I bought six trees at $400 each and 16 other various plants and was charged $960 to plant them. They barely planted the trees flush with the ground and said it would take about a year to root. It rained a week later and my trees all fell over. I asked if they could come fix them and stake/secure them.....the owners son said he would be back the next day and he was a no show. He promised again to come fix them and he went out of town for a birthday party. The owner Leslie Odom called and yelled at me and said I had to let them come fix them and blamed me for not talking to the right person.....she said I don't know which one her son is and I spoke to a different person.....it was her son. I left a bad review on the page and they blocked me. I paid someone else to stake my trees and they said the trees were planted too close to my fence and other plants too. The nursery did nothing right. They want your money and that's it. They also broke two sprinkler lines and didn't tell me, I saw them repairing one and they never td me of the second one that they left broken. I spent almost $4,000 for everything and that's all they want. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!"

"I was sold a lime tree when I thought I was buying a lemon tree. It was obvious once the fruit started to bear they are lines not lemons. I called and talked with a lady (not Leslie) and she said Leslie the owner would not take my call and told her to handle it. I called back and asked for LESLIE. LESLIE said I needed my receipt to prove it was lemon on the receipt. I never thought a year later when the tree had fruit for the first time I would need the receipt! However LESLIE keeps a copy but she REFUSED to pull her copy and said “if you want to come and go through all the boxes of invoices you can”. What business would let a customer rummage through all their receipts with credit card info on it!!! LESLIE was rude, not helpful, kept trying to get off the phone, defiant as though it was my fault. And she claims only John who is only there on Saturday would know the difference. She claims she doesn’t know about those types of things! She’s the owner with a degree(look her up!) and been in business all these years! Seriously! I will never buy anything from her again and I caution you to know what you buy and to keep your receipt forever! Every time I mention LESLIE to anyone I get “she’s never helpful and she’s rude” -so true. I’d give her 100 negative stars but the least amount is one unfortunately! Does this look like a lemon???"

"Service after the sale is Horrible. They installed on my new construction home site over 19K of irrigation, Sod and plants and 6 Sable Palm trees 12 feet tall. I've made contact with concern 3 of the Palms weren't growing; and now following up with the owner they informed me the Sable Palms are never under warrantee. Would have been nice to understand up front. Now, after (the bait and switch) I'm back to sourcing 3 new trees. Original price was Approx $350 per tree. Now I'm out $1000.00 . The photo shows the current condition which hasn't changed in 18mos."
