"They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone over the phone!! It just rings and rings, regardless of the time of day that you call. I opened an account with them and while waiting for my direct deposit to process, I deposited a check for $1500 so I wouldn’t get charged a fee. Well, they put a hold on that check for weeks, then over a week after it finally gets released they charge me an $8 monthly fee because I don’t have a minimum balance of $1500!!! Luckily something went wrong with my direct deposit getting changed over to them because I will be looking for a different local bank!!"

"If you aren’t banking at @Regions Bank and interacting with Mike Lewis you are missing out! The man is brilliant and a delight! I just left the Navarre branch after needing to make some adjustments to my personal and business accounts and am always BLOWN AWAY by Mike’s customer service! He is kind, knowledgeable, and quick! He always informs me of great options but is never pushy. I watch him interact with customers as they come and go and he genuinely cares about each person. He is a true gem in our community!
