"Don’t bother with this company. I’ve had a loan with them before when I went in early to pay my loan out which was paid every month on time. The girl charged me the full amount, rather than what my statement showed I owed at that date of payoff. No correction was ever made. Also, they do not answer their phone and if you let it ring for a long time they will pick it up and hang up on you. However, if they need to call you for anything they constantly call and expect you to answer immediately. Once your loan is paid out, they hound you to take out another loan. My loan was with the Bay Minette Alabama branch and this was the treatment I got."
