"Never received a package so when I looked up the tracking it said it was at this location. It said it had been sitting for a week and I had no idea. So I walk in and told the associate what had happened and was treated like GARBAGE! one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time. I did not argue or give any attitude what so ever, I was just generally confused about the situation and the fact that she was so disgusted with me. What bothers me most is I had my 2 children with me who asked me immediately when we walked out why she was speaking to me like that. I’m pretty sure when you hire someone at your business, proper customer service skills are mandatory. Kindness is not that hard"
