"It is the worst shipping company, they have terrible service for both shipping and customer service, they never answer the phone, they do not have any information about where your package is, they tell you pure lies, if it is the inept person who answers the phone in Venezuela it is tremendous Stupid person who doesn't even know where she is standing, this Maria never answers the phone, I paid for an air shipment and it took 3 weeks for them to deliver it and I created tremendous trouble that even the police was going to take, it's worth having a hard time time with them. In short, they are useless. Never send with them."
"Useful and this company to make shipments to Honduras, terrible service, the worst. You call that number and no one answers and send a message and leave it read. Two months ago I made a shipment to Honduras and they only say this at customs, I ask for the Honduran number and they don't respond."
