Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this Walgreens location.
If you have a QR code from an online store, simply open it on the FedEx® Mobile app at Walgreens, and a team member will print your label and process your return. There are no additional fees for using this service, and acceptable packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label.
Returns can also be made at this location, with pre-printed FedEx labels accepted for drop-off. If you need a return label, request one from the online store and bring the QR code email to the Walgreens location for printing. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted at this location, as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. All packages must be boxed, sealed, and labeled before arriving at the Walgreens location. FedEx OnSite at 6591 Forest Hill Boulevard does not provide shipping or packing materials, but nearby FedEx Office locations can assist with packing supplies and shipping needs.
