Update: Thank you for acknowledging my concern, however your solution to the lack of shipment tracking information was to reference an email I clearly stated I never received. Please send me the shipping infomation so I know when expect the items. Why is there no functionality on your webpage to get an order status?"
"This place is horrible, dropped off a custom rod a month ago to get a guide fixed. The repair guy ended up snapping my rod. I asked for them to please make me a new one to compensate for them having messed up mine. I had a fully custom miami vice themed rod and to make it easy on them i had even told them to just make it all black so its cheaper for them. Been over a month “still waiting on parts”. a whole month and a rod has not even started to get built. Incredibly rude the way they talk to me like if the rod snapping was my fault. I do not recommend"
