"Extremely disappointed in this company. Serving sizes are not posted on their website and when I received my items (small and large) they were all 2 servings per container. That means their calories posted on their website should be doubled. I specifically ordered based off of calories posted on their website. When I realized, I asked if I could return the food as the calorie count was way too high. I told them I felt mislead and that they were making their calories seem less than they were. Instead of trying to rectify the situation like a normal business would do, they got defensive and started to give me excuses to why they don't have serving size. They stated because some people eat more than other which I do understand. What I do not understand is that they did not put the serving size on their website since everyone does eat different portions. Any meal plan company you go to puts serving sizes so you know ahead of time. Instead of being kind and accepting me to return the items, they got rude and refused to offer a refund even though their website was misleading. It is clear that this is a new company and they are learning but with learning comes the responsibilities to accept the mistake and do right by the customer."
