"I came 40 minutes before the announced closing, they said that they were already closing until 7:30. They refused to serve me, another woman literally immediately came in after me, and she was also refused service. Correct your working hours; people rely on you, but you show that you are unreliable."

"Your delivery driver did not deliver my package to my door. They delivered it along with two other packages to an open mail room and my package was stolen. The other two packages were a person's medical supplies and a large heavy long box that most people in this older community will not be able to carry by themselves. Your driver's have a problem delivering packages to people's doors after 5p and on weekends for some reason. We pay for door service for a reason!!"
