"I have been subscribed to Vive Meals for several months, I have had no problems and the food has been very delicious. However, for almost 3 weeks, due to a restructuring, I have not received lunches and no one gives a reason through any channel, they do not answer the phone, Instagram, or emails. I requested a refund and have not received a response."
"We subscribed for our father who is a senior with health requirements. In the week and half we tried Vive Meals he didn't complaint about the food which is a really good sign coming from him. I was told deliveries would come between 3pm-8pm but one day it came at 8:30ish and another day at 10pm. My dad gets sleepy by 7pm because of his age and condition, so these were not good experiences. The food stayed outside the whole night and he ended up with no lunch the next day and there's no one to talk to through any of the channels by those times because of their customer service hours which don't overlap with their delivery hours. One day my dad said they didn't deliver the food at all, the thermal bag was still outside hanging from his door empty. Again no one to talk to until the next day. They swore they delivered it and showed me a picture with time but no date and with the two previous incidents I decided to believe my father. Unfortunately we had to cancel. They were cordial, never rude. If delivery times are not an issue for you, give them a try."
