"The most unorganized, unprofessional and inept courier I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. This carrier was selected by Nordic Track to deliver fitness equipment to my home. The account manager, Chad, and Operations Manager, Debbie, have absolutely no idea what is going on with their drivers or their deliveries. After 4 scheduled deliveries, I am still left without the equipment I paid for. They claim that their drivers don’t answer their calls or texts, so there is never any way to know whether they will or won’t deliver the items on their trucks. Terrible customer service, horribly mismanaged company. If you have a choice to use a different company- do it! -10000000 stars"

"Horrible experience so far. 3rd scheduled day waiting for them to pick up a piece of furniture and starting to realize they may never show up. There is always an excuse when I call them, driver had an emergency, couldn't make it anymore because it was late, blah, blah, blah. Unprofessional and unreliable! I'm still waiting and will update once they do their job, if they ever!!"

"This company isn’t worth dealing with. I had a delivery window that was completely missed. No one called to indicate that the delivery would be late. I called and the rep said he would call after speaking with the driver. The rep never called back. It took several more calls to the office to figure out whether the delivery would even he made that day. After waiting hours for the driver to call with an eta, the driver said it’d be another 45-60 minutes. I waited another 2.5 hours for the delivery. Box was badly damaged on arrival. On top of all that, the office staff and delivery personnel are incredibly unprofessional."

"They gave me a delivery date of 7/7 between 10-2. They called me at noon stating it didn't fit in the truck they will deliver the following day (7/8) between 10-2. It is now 6pm I have not received my items and when I call I am told the driver got delayed. Not once have I gotten a time frame of how long this delay might take. I've wasted my whole day waiting on them and this is unprofessional they should've called me stating the driver will be delayed and provide a new time frame. I am extremely frustrated and then they hang up on me and are not answering my calls. Now after wasting a whole day waiting the items were never on the truck. I'm not one to complain but dam get your stuff together. The lady who hung up on me left for the day and luckily the guy who stays with the delivery guys and communicates back and forth was the one to reach out. Now I need to wait for tomorrow for them to call and reschedule me."

We have experienced first hand the moving of furniture and for shipments of freight across country. They communicated directly status reports, delivery times and ongoing communication.
