"Sadly 1 star is the worst rating, but my experience was worst than 1 star. This is the worst post office that I had been in my entire life. People working there are supposed to help and be nice to everyone, but they're not. I don't know if they are racist or they are just so miserable that they treat people that bad. If you have a question, they say to look it online, and then when you look online and go back to them, they say that there is a mistake online. What kind of customer service is that? The 2 ladies that are working there they don't even have a batches. If you can go to anther post office, even if you need to drive 30 40 mins, don't even think it twice. DONT GO TO THE WIMAUMA POST OFFICE ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️"

"Worst postal office ever dont go there, they don’t know how to treat people second time that i have a bad experience here, go to another one, believe me, this people are the worst, i never feel this way with a public office, they say something and the other day another thing they make me check online yo schedule an appointment for passport and them when i came they say the information inline is wrong, i was with the baby the couldn’t even honored, they didn’t care and treatme so bad like it was my fault. DONT GO THERE DRIVE A LITTLE BIT MORE"

"Today was my second visit to this location, unfortunately the female employee with (false eyelashes) (her name tag was restrictive to client view). does not communicate to her face or come across as friendly as she claims to be. On both occasions it has been negative, rude, and very uninformative. Being behind a federal customer service counter does not give you the right or power to make and/or act disparagingly against the customer. The employee only has the right to control herself and do her job with respect and empathy. I suggest to all those public employees that if don't like serving the customer, their can change their position."
