"I’ve had packages with CONTROLLED MEDICATION delivered 4 times now that ask for a signature and they just toss the package towards the porch door and leave when someone is home! I have the drivers on camera doing this and then putting it in the system that I signed for the packages when I didn’t. I’m over it because these medications can’t sit in the sun all day and if someone just walked up and took them, what am I supposed to do??? I called to make a complaint and the customer service representative Mike had no idea how to resolve this and couldn’t tell me why this is happening and when I asked how they could just forge my signature he couldn’t answer that either. I understand there is a pandemic going on but DO YOUR FREAKIN JOB AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! These packages need a signature for a reason. Absolutely ridiculous."
