"This place was great until I moved to a rural area. Since I did, I have had to go pick up my package more times than they have actually delivered it on the first try. They claim they attempt delivery, but there is never any FedEx truck on my cameras. It's ridiculous to have to pay so much for a service that doesn't work. I still have to drive in to the fedex location to pick up my package if I want it when it was promised, or wait several days until it is assigned to a driver who actually tries."

"I went to this location last week and had such an awesome experience! It was an older Caucasian lady that helped myself and my daughter, I'm so sorry that I didn't get her name. She was soooooooo helpful and kind! She definitely went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! She even offered me a bottle of water randomly. That has never happened before lol. She left a great lasting impression! Thanks so much. This was on Friday September about 6:15 pm. So whoever was working that day and shift please give her my kindest regards!"
