"Postman refused to rent me a PO Box. My mail has been missing for over a month! Things are a mess postmaster was suppose to follow up with a phone call (after multiple visits) never heard. There used to be a good postman now there’s only one who customer service is clearly not a strength."

"I have had nothing but problems with this post office in the 10+ years I have lived here from several packages not being delivered to mail not being delivered. The postmaster assumes no responsibility, is rude, and is no help at all. I have no recourse but to send my personal packages and mail to my business in Gainesville. For whats it worth I do get an abundance of sales flyers in my mailbox ."

Customer services need to improve.There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else."
