"I really don’t like the location because you have to pull into the bank parking lot and park to get out and go to the box. If there was a way for it to be where you can just drive up and drop it off it would be so much easier. That’s usually the way most of the drop boxes work but for some reason not this one which I happened to get directions to for where I was at the time."

"I never used FedEx before. First I took to dropoff and told it was too tall. I called before dropoff and they never mention anything about weight and height, if they would of I would of measured first and not wasted my time. But the nightmare got worse. I was told I could call for pickup. Good god, FedEx recording has to be the worse customer service experience ever. Have you ever been hung up on by a digital voice? It happens with FedEx. So after several attempts I finally got to talk to someone about pickup. I was told the pickup was the next day between 8am and 8pm. Flashback to days of calling for cable service but even cable companies now narrow it down to morning, afternoon, etc. But FedEx is stuck in the 80s. Wait, I'm going to hear a covid19 excuse, right? I don't buy it. FedEx is just poor when it comes to customer concerns."
